The James Smith Academy (JSA) is an online personal training platform that aims to educate its members in fitness and equip them with the necessary tools to achieve and maintain their fitness goals. Developed based on the renowned online personal trainer James Smith's method, JSA offers a range of features tailored to individual membership types.

These features include an extensive library of educational and instructional videos, personalized exercise programs, daily "James Workouts," a Daily Step Count feature (with integration to the Health app for accessing your daily step count, if desired), hundreds of recipes, a meal planner, trainer support, progress tracking, and three-month challenges.

The James Smith Academy can be downloaded for free. Our free trial, which begins upon account creation, does not have an expiration date and does not require any purchases to activate. To access premium content and additional features beyond the free trial, a paid subscription upgrade is necessary. Subscriptions can be purchased through In-App Purchase on the app's pricing page.

The James Smith Academy subscription automatically renews on a monthly basis (with pricing depending on your location), unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Auto-renewal settings can be managed or turned off by accessing your Account Settings on the App Store following purchase.
